Volunteer · Fundraise · Partner

Be part of this thing.

Everything BCSG does is powered by volunteers, fundraisers, businesses and a community that turns out — every October, and every other month of the year too. Here's how you can join in.

Volunteer

Give a few hours. Change someone's week.

We're a charity run entirely by volunteers. You don't need a medical background. You need patience, warmth, and a phone you'll answer.

Roles include:

  • Phone support — listening, signposting, being a friendly voice
  • Hospital visits — sitting with someone during chemo or after surgery
  • Event helpers — running stalls, packing goodie bags, manning collection points
  • Office & admin — keeping the small things ticking over
  • Trustees — strategic, occasional, hugely impactful

You don't have to commit to a rota. You don't have to be a survivor. You just have to be willing.

Fundraise

Big ideas, small ideas, all welcome.

Every pound raised stays in Gibraltar. Every event grows our capacity to help. Pick something you'd enjoy — we'll back you up.

Host a coffee morning

Pink scones, pink napkins, pink everything. We'll lend you collection tins, banners and posters. October works brilliantly — but any month is fair game.

A sponsored challenge

Walkers for Knockers. The Med Steps. A run, a swim, a paddle round Europa Point. Use our JustGiving page — we'll handle the admin, you handle the lactic acid.

Corporate partnership

Pick BCSG as your firm's charity of the year. We'll come and talk to your team, set up payroll giving, organise an event, get your logo on our materials. It works for everyone.

Dress in pink

Pink Friday in your office. A pink-themed PE day at school. Pink decorations in the shop window. Small things — done often enough — fund whole projects.

Sell with us

Our SumUp store sells BCSG merch — t-shirts, ribbons, bottles, bags. Stock a few in your café or shop and we'll split the proceeds. Easy.

Your own idea

A car-boot sale. A quiz night. A sponsored hair shave. A bake-off at the school gates. If you can dream it, we can usually help you run it.

Why local matters

Donate to a big UK or US charity and you're supporting work that — broadly — doesn't reach Gibraltar. Donate to BCSG and the money funds equipment in St Bernard's, vouchers from M&S Gibraltar, counselling sessions on the Rock, travel grants for people you might pass at Casemates. Same pound. Visibly different impact.

Or just donate

Skip the event. Just give.

Every pound funds something real. Most pounds fund things you can stand outside and see.
